Delivery Policy

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within the same or next business day. We currently offer delivery to Gozo. Free delivery to Gozo when spending €150 or more. €5 fee is applied for deliveries in Gozo when spending less than €150.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates estimates

Delivery fee to Malta and Gozo is €5. We offer free delivery to Malta on orders over €20 and to Gozo on orders over €150.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after choosing the delivery location. .

Delivery Confirmation

The courier will be contacting you via SMS or a phone call prior delivery.

Damages

Prim & Proper Salon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact info@primandpropersalon.com.mt

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
